Auto Text allows you to insert a portion of text by clicking on an item in a pre-setup list.
This saves you from re-typing text you frequently use.
The portion of text can be a single word, a phrase, or even a formatted table that you have copied from MS Word.
Simply click on the Auto Text item you wish to insert.
To setup new Auto Text items, click on the Setup button in the top right corner.
Click on the Add button in the top left corner.
Created your new Auto Text item:
Tip: You can make the Auto Text Category the same as one of the Headings, (for example Plan)
The AutoText items in that Category will then be listed at the top, whenever you click inside the textbox of the corresponding Heading.
